For those beginning or seasoned in the world of fitness, most often ask: “Well, how often should I work out?”
The biggest advice I can impart upon those starting their fitness journey is this: Start. Small.
What do I mean by this? You have to crawl before you can walk, right? Avoid being overly ambitious when you start working out. You won’t develop the body of Adonis over night. Depending on the quality of workout, I would suggest beginning at two times a week, between 30 and 60 minutes per session. Once you get used to that routine, increase your frequency to three times per week. Ideally, depending on your condition, I would recommend a set routine of three to four times per week. Recovery and stretching are essential to your overall fitness goals and general well being.
